How do you deliver orders?

We hand-deliver most local orders to ensure every item arrives fresh and beautifully presented. For cookie boxes, we also offer shipping options so you can send them as gifts or enjoy them anywhere. Delivery details and options will be confirmed when you place your order.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For most orders, we recommend placing your request at least 3–5 days in advance.

Do you require a deposit for custom cakes or large orders?

Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit to begin work on large or custom orders, with the remaining balance due upon completion or delivery.
